East units, information on a 23103 at Carson and Blakewood for a gray small wagon plate. Unknown plate, but it had gold lettering. The driver was a male, White, 30, wearing a dark baseball cap and light shirt. The vehicle was following CP after a road rage and stopped. Correction, almost TC'd into the vehicle. It's going to be call number 1736.
