Citizen advised a male, Black, about 18 years of age, red head, black jacket, blue shirt, was armed with a gun and passing, pointing it at vehicles as they passed by. He was last seen northbound on Getwell. She was passing Church's Chicken. Unit's in the area of 1574 Getwell Road in 20 to 12.
