Attention District 7 units, information on a 484 that occurred about four ago now at 6507 4th Avenue in 7C Charles at Target. The two subjects took off about four ago. Last seen headed towards the Elements apartment complex. It's a male, white, 30s, 5'8", thin-build, blue t-shirt, blue jeans, black Converse with a tennis bag on his back. And a female, white, 30s, 5'5", medium-build, tan baseball cap, dark brown tank top, red pants, tan shoes, and an orange small backpack.
