It's going to be at the intersection of Green Clover Road, 420 West and Galena Park Boulevard, 13320 South. Complainant is passing by, advising that somebody looks like they're trying to break into the male boxes right there near the intersection. He's been jamming a key into multiple male boxes and shaking it. He also advised that the suspect has been there for at least 15 minutes. It's going to be a 35-year-old Hispanic male with no shirt and purple shorts covered in tattoos. The male boxes are going to be located just west.
