Caller stated suspect had a gun, but he hopped the fence and no longer near the suspect. Suspect's going to be a Black female named Faith Simmons, about 25 to 26, standing 5'3", 5'4", 185 pounds, unknown clothing. Suspect vehicle's going to be a white SUV with a messed up bumper and messed up rearview mirrors, unknown LP.31, if you're willing to acknowledge, 25 Adam 31 Evening,
