315. 353. It's 5900 south, 300 west. There's a male walking around in and out of traffic. He's stumbling. 30 to 40-year-old white male, small to medium build, dark blue or black backpack, wearing a black hoodie with the hood on and black pants, holding a 7-Eleven cup. I'll advise on any further.
