2-12-7-9 to start, 927 in progress, 628 42nd Street. There's a male in the backyard of the 925 that shouldn't be there. Completely a previous tenant that's been trespassed from the 925, possibly has keys. Name is Brian Plummer, male, white, 40 to 50, 5'7", thin-build, with a hat, gray beard, and a t-shirt. The caller's also hearing some banging noises. Also received a duplicate call from the owner that it was a former tenant. And that caller, the owner, is en route.
