Subject is a White female, 40s to 50s, 5'6", 120 pounds, blue and orange hat with a white long-sleeved shirt, white skirt, black and tan backpack. Trying to take a lighter to the building, nothing is on fire. Then walked across the street northbound. It's Alton for contact. It's 1826. Is there a unit to follow?
