144, 156, armed party, 3458 Hopkins Mill. Jamie Brown, involved with a husband, male, Black, and one, Torrey Moore, wearing a black shirt, armed with a gun. Advising that they were involved in a verbal altercation. He went inside and cut the power off. He's pretty juvenile on the scene. Two of them have a mental diagnosis. One has autism. Second has intellectual disability. The subject drives a Dodge Ram, gray in color, or black. And the complainant is 7 months pregnant. 3458 Hopkins.
