South unit, start to 255 Izleta. 1525 Izleta for a 39. Looks like it's five individuals refusing to leave. Looks like three males, two females, no clothing 49 on any of them. Advising they walked from the clinic to this location. CP is requesting 25 and CP is on the individuals.
