933 Ocean, next is going to be a 961, 20th Drive and Cactus. It's a white Dodge Challenger that was rear-ended by a white Nissan Sentra, blocking the center lane. The complainant in the Challenger is trying to pull into a nearby Chinese food parking lot, but not sure if they've been able to. Sounds like the Nissan Sentra is still blocking the center lane. It is 1757.
