Complainant's advising it's a young shoplifter that's in the deli eating work that he hasn't paid for. Subject is a 40-year-old Hispanic male, dark hair, wearing light gray Nike shirt, dark pants, black Crocs. Deli is going to be located on the northwest side of the store when you enter.
