If that's clear, the caller said that her husband's holding a male that tried to steal a package from the porch. Black male in his 20s, 5'5 to 5'6", slim-build with dreads, wearing black pants and blue shirt, black and white shoes. Have another unit that can check by, 2706 Ruth Street.
