12. Suspicious person on the beat, 707 East 38th Street. 707 East 38th Street, apartment 102. Caller states someone's breaking into the building. Sees a male on a camera trying to open the door, wearing all black. Asking, caller's asking to check the lobby. There's supposed to be a large package in there. They have a lot of package stuff. No further.
