Any 77th unit, possible arson suspect, Western and 96 in the northeast corner in front of the church. Suspect's a male, Black, black beanie, all black clothing. Was attempting to start a fire inside of a trash bin. It's Code 2, incident 380, RD 1283. Any 77th unit, unknown trouble. Code 524 and a half West Vernon Avenue. Second hand information from CHP. Code 2.
