The offender was a male, Hispanic, no shirt, skinny jeans, skinny with jeans and a bike, possibly a delivery driver. He had something metal in his hands, and the caller is going to go to the station for a report if needed.

12-24, so yours is all going to be related. I'm going to dupe the auto accident into the criminal damage to property. 73-94, boy got flagged down. Your victim that was on the bike is supposed to be waiting at the northwest corner of Madison and Ashland at the bus stop. He declined EMS. However, the guy in the car that fled just called. He's not on scene anymore, but he said that a male on a bike was damaging his vehicle and threatening to kill him. The caller ran over his bike to get away from him.

1224. 1224, good afternoon. We've got a criminal damage to property in progress at Madison and Ashland, Ashland and Madison. Mr. Lopez is calling about a delivery rider on a bike started damaging cars at the location. Male, white, with a white cap, dark shorts, on a black bike. We also have an auto accident in a relative similar location at, well, Ashland and Madison. So if you happen to see an auto accident that may or may not be related, let me know if they are and we'll start you over.
