Male caller says the male is following him and slashing a gun, throwing things at him in the vehicle. It's going to be in a black. Says the caller is going to be in a black Maxima. Says the male is in a gray Lincoln, light-complected, white shirt. Be en route at 1534. 8051, for hazard condition. He has opened fire hydrant and is flooding the streets and grass.
