Mopeds, bikes, e-bikes, all these need to be held to the same traffic laws and enforced just like cars. This was completely avoidable. Start cracking down on it. I’m not blaming the mayor cause that’s stupid but he’s talking about softening laws against e-bikers.. this is only going to continue to happen. 13 year olds should be on the roads. Rip to these kids.
