Base to Delta 44 and 39. Go for both. The Roosevelt building, 609 Penn Avenue, no complainant reporting someone is in the building and doesn't belong there, yelling and screaming. Unknown if weapons were involved. Copy, do you know what floor? Negative. Caller isn't sure where they are in the building, but they were saying they're the FBI and they opened the door.
