Bruce 8 to Sergeant Mags, can you 10-9 that? I had a lot of background. So there's a vape, like cartridge or pen, whatever, down here in the middle of the street. Can you ask your victim if that's his? So I can take a photo and collect it, or if it belongs to maybe a suspect. It looks like this is the scene of where the assault took place.
