@LosAngelesLiisa123 a man exposed himself by the tennis court bathrooms by Colorado lagoon. He then ran and jumped into the water at marine stadium. Guy ended up swimming from the construction area all the way to the end of marine stadium. Have no idea if they got him or not. Amazed he swam that distance in such a short span of time.
