A neighbor on the Nextdoor app said her son heard the shots and that it seems like a son and father were shot. And there’s indications that the shooter or shooters have been eliminated. I’m sure it will be closed for a while.
Supposedly they have one person in custody but are walking down streets in the Mountain View highlands neighborhood if everyone is okay and to stay inside and lock the doors. People are saying it sounded like an automatic rifle with 30-40 shots and was mistaken by many people as being firecrackers.
I live around the corner. Me and some neighbors were making our way over and saw some neighbors coming back and we asked them what’s going on and they said they were told to leave because there was an active shooter. It’s west of Lindsey across from Central Christian.
