Engine 4 broadcasting in the area of Mount Auburn Avenue and Woodhill Road. Our caller states they saw a child about 4 to 5 years old walking on the street with no shirt, possibly had shoes on. It's going to be a black male juvenile, no shirt and jeans. Caller states they were driving up the hill and saw the juvenile walking on the sidewalk. They said that the juvenile attempted to cross the street and another person stopped the juvenile and asked where he lived. If anyone could take this run...
