2461, 2421, suspicious incident. 2461. Montgomery and Blair, caller advised there is a child walking down the street. Vehicle was attempting to have the child get in the vehicle. Advised that the vehicle was heading northbound on Montgomery towards Norwood. Juvenile is a male, white, 7 to 8, 4 foot, heavy set, red t-shirt and black sleeves with black shorts. Unable to see the license plate or the driver of the vehicle. Juvenile was screaming at the person in the vehicle. 2421, 2461. 2461. Copy.
