Black male, mid to late 20s, medium-build, 6-foot, white shirt, gray or green pants, black tennis shoes, unknown weapons, possibly a 237 David, keeps jumping on and around the bus stop. He's yelling to himself and banging and knocking on the bus stop. There's another plate trying to 415 Broadway, just acting erratically, wants to move along. You have nobody for contact.
