Suspect is a female, Black, 22 years old, about 5'3", wearing a pink hoodie, gray sweatpants, walked out with items without pain. His loss is about 250. The suspect is currently emptying her bags of items into her white Chevy Malibu. The plate on it was 9 William Charlie Boy 221.
