Any Southwest units in the area of 440 eastbound to Glenwood, be on the lookout for two vehicles. It's going to be a dark blue or black pickup truck and a gray Cadillac. Both vehicles were involved in an accident, and then they drove off after each other, going down Crabtree to Glenwood. Authority concerned, citizen. Time, 2036.
