Was there a unit trying to come in? 21. Hey 21, good afternoon, good morning. When you're up and rolling Lake and Wacker for a male Hispanic that grabbed a female Hispanic by her hair, the female was wearing a red tank top and black shorts. The male was wearing a long white t-shirt, walking southbound, no weapons. Caller wants us to check on the female and have some time on it.
