Engine 8's on the scene at the dock with a witness. Have a female on a paddleboard. By authority of Engine 8, establish Allisonville, command 1703.

Companies responding. It's going to be in the back of 5016 Allisonville Road, which would be the west side, at Heron Lake. There is a female on a raft floating around on the water. They believe she possibly had a seizure. She does not appear to be awake.
