Any Wilshire unit, vandalism suspect there now at, in front of Chick-fil-A, 2310 Palacentico Boulevard. Suspect is a possible male, Hispanic, 40 to 50 years, black shirt, black pants, tampered with a fire hydrant, water flowing in the street, causing traffic hazard. Code 2, incident 2118, RD 782.
