12-25, 12-26, a theft just occurred. 12-26. 12-25. It's going to be 246 West Elder. Ongoing issue, a male took property from the location. It's going to be male, black, 30 to 40, dreads, and a ponytail, black shirt, black shorts, carrying a dark blue bag. He was last seen on Central towards Elm on a dark bicycle. I'll call back to see what was taken.
