11 H 10, appreciate it. If you could check the area of Avenue F and Sergeant Macario Garcia Drive, see a suspect was following her around, but she was able to get away. Suspect was Black male, Black, mid-20s, tall, skinny, blonde hair, wearing possible Barcelona shirt, unknown bottom, unknown direction of travel. Thank you.
