Mill Creek 45, can you copy on a reckless? It's an area check. 45. 4000 South, 700 East, southbound. The complainant states there was 12 to 13 motorcycles doing wheelies and handstands. Was not letting other vehicles to get past them. Complainant no longer has a visual at 1308.
