Boy 41 and Boy 22 for a beat for a suspicious person, Bruceville and Whitelaw. Four or five subjects in dark hoodies are near the fireworks stand, lighting something on fire. The fire is not out of control. The subjects arrived on foot, and there were no weapons seen.

For the Bruceville and Whitelaw call, the RP advised there is something small burning on the ground. Could be another firework, but the RP's across this, which is unable to tell.
