DOA driver, 1800 South Ruble. Car, maybe driving intoxicated. He was speeding in reverse and almost hit the caller. Then went westbound on 18th and was getting on the highway, but then southbound on Ruble. It has a plate of Frank Mary 31782, gray BMW.
