In 33, it's gonna be at East 116th and Miles Avenue. Caller says there's 10 or an 11-year-old out here by the gas station selling candy and giving money to a male in a black Mercedes-Benz. It's gonna be a light-complected black male, 25 to 30-years-old, wearing a blue windbreaker and blue jeans.
