2431, 2433, crash. 31. Ridge to South I-71. A female was seen in a black Mazda sedan on the ramp just before getting on to South I-71. She blew a tire and then had an accident. The caller stopped and asked if she was okay, and she advised she was okay, but asked them to leave. 2431, 2433. 21, I copy. 23, I copy.
