CAT time available, assault in progress, Diversity Harbor, 2601 North Cannon. Male, black, black shirt, green shorts, threatening the male caller. He indicated he was also concealed carry. Second call came in as battery just occurred. Appears to be the same, a different phone number. Male on a boat was attacked. Unable to give a race. No shirt, blue swim trunks, no weapons indicated on that ticket.
