He had a black hat on too. Black hat, black shorts, and shirt. Yes, there is a male matching a flag from westbound on the south side of the road on Oregon Avenue. 22, received. 314, that is around 700 more more times.

Alright, is he at the Liberty Gas Station or he's not there? He's not there, but there's a bunch of units out here. We're just trying to put that extra flash out. We're still surveying. Alright, where was he last seen? What direction? DPA truck said he was at Liberty Gas Station. Race 14 asked him if he can get you the more updated info. 314, he said he saw him at the Liberty Gas Station. He was at the gate and pulled a gun. The security guard saw him, and then he walked off towards the gas station. I'm trying to get the address now, and he's getting a folder out for him. Yeah.
