The guy that was driving the car, the offending 18 vehicle, was wearing a white tank top and bleeding from the face. She said that she saw him coming back and that the female had gone in there to try to get some people to ride in this car. And when she came out and started fighting with the police, they took off. Alright, QSL, I'm going to need your information. Now, the offender, when I saw the vehicle, I didn't see no one bleeding their face. I'd like to see if you have information, get us that information and get this car. Yes, sir.

What she said was, uh, what she had was a red SUV, uh, burgundy colored. She said that there was a male driving and a citizen on the front of the receipt.
