I heard someone shouting in the distance every once in a while about 20min before emergency personnel showed up. I didn't really think anything of it though, because I've heard similar shouting from a similar voice more than a few times in the past. I always figured it was just a crackhead or something, but now I wonder if this poor guy has had episodes like this in the past without it coming to a head.
