If there is a DJ in the street he’s fair game to call the police and complain but if he has permission from his building he’s clearly working off defined police ordinance times which give them until 11pm at 90-100 db’s. @Lamccall leave the DJ’s alone. If their onlookers cause problems then make a complaint. Everyone needs a little party once in a while. They aren’t hurting anyone. Keep your eyes trained on weapons and drug dealers
