This happened to me two years ago, we could smell the alcohol on the driver and he was not arrested for it smh. He hit a few cars behind mine too but mine got the most damage and was the only one deemed a total loss. Cops didn’t give him a breathalyzer saying they spoke to him and could tell he wasn’t drunk. They just wanted to make sure he had a way to get home 🙄
They locked him up??
