Headquarters, any units to clear for a priority disturbance in the 3? 132 East McCullough Drive, unit 329. Call's going to be on the call with the front, with the front, as in guests in 3-29 refusing to leave. Guests have two dogs in the vehicle, not running, been in the vehicle for four hours. The call taker upgraded it to a priority due to the animals being locked in the car. CFD started. University sergeant.
