Driver was alive when taken in ambulance. He did have seizure in car while trapped
Green truck was road beefing with purple SUV. He did not want to allow him to pass so the cocky dude speed too fast , went in bike lane and then slammed into the man in Lexus turning onto Burbank from Ralph’s side street. He likely didn’t see it coming. Man in truck will have to live with himself knowing his arrogance did this.
