Food vendor, male, Black, adult, wearing a black shirt, walked towards informant with a pocketknife, 5 ago. DP currently in the parking lot near front entrance, next to a white Nissan Altima. Informant will make self known at 2770 Carson Street at the Walmart, in a green Jeep. Tac 22, correction, Tac 22. 288.
