411 Henry for the 651. 10-4. 651, 2841 West Melvin Street, unit 8. Complainant's neighbor's small chihuahua slash pit bull was able to get into the alley around 1100 hours today. To the front, complainant's advising it has not had water flow through in the alley. Complainant advised that rock is not responding, is more aggressive and warning you guys out for the job in the alley. Complainant's advising they can't notify the neighbor due to the odor against the complainant. K-1 421, contact at 1821. Is there a unit that can follow? 411 George. 10-4.
