622 Henry for traffic. 622 Henry. It's a 503 at 12th Street and East Eva. It's 9100 North on 12th Street, just north of Eva. On east side of the street, saw a white male and two to three others have taken over the bus stop with carts and stuff. They're camping out. There's no contact. Backup is attached. It's 1817.
