It's a white backpack or a jacket with white on the back? It was a black jacket with white on the back. Tom 1102 Sam, I see someone matching a description going eastbound from Van Buren and Cicero. He has a limp, walking on the south side of the street, wearing a black sweater with white markings and black pants. Now he's crossing the street going northbound.

Is there a unit coming in? Where was that car driving on? It was northbound, Central and Washington. What's it wanted for? Supposedly, Road Rage pulled a gun out on the caller, but the caller is not staying on scene.
