Wilson and West traffic units, information on a disturbance at 4550 West Pico Boulevard at the Midtown Plaza. In a black Toyota Prius, four-door unknown with a yellow sticker on the driver's side rear door. Subject, unknown Caucasian, 50 to 60 years, glasses, black shirt, dark pants, no shoes. Exited the vehicle, dropped to the ground and began screaming, then reentered the backseat of the vehicle and began screaming again. No weapons were seen. Unknown if anyone.
